No Show Policy
No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have adopted a new No-Show Policy for all surgical, medical, and grooming appointments scheduled.
Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care.
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to let us know in advance, a no-show fee of $50 will be applied to your account, per pet, to be paid before your next visit.
If two (2) no-shows occur in a row or within a calendar year, the client will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.
In the event a pet parent arrives more than 10 minutes late to their appointment and cannot be seen on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available. Should this happen more than once in a calendar year, the $50.00 fee will apply.
