Please note that we have adopted a new No-Show Policy for all surgical and medical appointments scheduled. This is in order to respect other patients requiring care.
Please confirm or contact us if you are unable to make your appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment, we require a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care.
Late cancellations, (short notice cancellations after 24 hours minimum), and appointment no shows without communication, may be subjected to a fee of $50, per appointment, to be paid before your next visit.
If two (2) no-shows/late cancellations occur in a row or within a calendar year, the client will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.
All surgery bookings must be confirmed at minimum 24 hours beforehand. We reserve the right to cancel your surgery reservation if it has not been confirmed after attempts to contact you, to accommodate another pet in need.
If two (2) no-shows/late cancellations occur within a calendar year, you will be required to pay a non-refundable pre-paid deposit to reserve your surgery booking
In the event a pet parent arrives more than 10 minutes late to their appointment and cannot be seen on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available. Should this happen more than two (2) times in a calendar year, the $50.00 fee will apply.
